Return/Exchange Policy & Shipping

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept exchanges of just keep livin merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, unused or undamaged within 30 days of the original purchase. Merchandise must have all original tags attached. If returned with the original receipt, you will receive an exchange or credit for the original purchase price. Allow 7-10 working days after the return is received for processing.

Unfortunately we cannot accept COD returns.  Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.  

Shipping costs for returns will be at customer expense through customer carrier of choice. All return authorizations will be by the jkl customer service and will expire 30 days after issuance.

Shipping ~ please note:  All shipments will be made via FedEx.  To keep your shipping costs as low as possible, all ground deliveries will not require a signature. It will be your responsibility to ensure that either someone is home or arrangements made with your FedEx driver to get your package.  Thanks much for understanding!
